We are looking at whether the sampling step alone can be restructured, leaving the physics to the classical models that already handle it well. We are testing whether quantum representations can carry sub-grid correlation directly rather than approximating its effect. - Quantum Powered Protein DesignMachine learning has transformed structure prediction; design — going from a desired function to a sequence — is still much harder, and the gap between a predicted structure and a working protein is routinely surprising. We are looking at conformational search and interaction scoring where classical scoring functions are known to be weak. Nothing here counts without wet-lab validation, which is a field where computational and experimental results diverge often enough that nothing else does.Maturity: concept

- Quantum Powered Smart MobilitySignal timing, fleet positioning and transit scheduling all interact, but the systems controlling them rarely do — local optimisation produces globally poor outcomes and nobody owns the global objective. We are looking at whether joint formulations across those layers are tractable, and whether the binding constraint is even computational. It may well be institutional: this needs a city willing to share data across operators and agree one objective, which is harder than the mathematics.Maturity: concept
